Sales and Business Development Manager

Walker Diving Underwater Construction (www.walkerdiving.com) is a leading diving and marine contractor based just east of Philadelphia.  It has shown rapid growth in the last three years.  To continue this growth we are seeking a mature and experienced salesperson to assist us in our sales efforts in the Northern NJ / New York / Southern New England area.  His or her duties would include:

  • Develop relationships with Heavy Highway and other General Contractors in order to obtain sub-contracting opportunities
  • Expand Company’s industrial plant business
  • Assist with estimating

This person needs to have a good amount (7 + years) of sales experience in the heavy highway and/or marine construction area.  The candidate need not have diving contractor experience.

Good teamwork, communication and sales skills are vital.  Computer knowledge (internet, Microsoft Office) important.

Compensation is competitive with a base salary, company bonus program, commission, company vehicle and other benefits, and is dependent on person's prior experience.
